Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable in your own skin, which is why we offer a 365-day Love at First Fit guarantee for your first pair of underwear. For all other items, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed products with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to send back and indicate whether you would prefer a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items.
